Conference Pricing:
Reciprocity Registration:
All IAATE members should have received a coupon code to register at the member rate. Contact IAATE if you need this code. Contact ABMA you have issues registering for the conference.
If you want to utilize your reciprocity membership from AAZK or IMATA, you must contact us first to receive a coupon code to register. The ABMA reserves the right to deny the member rate upon verifying your member status- if you are not a member of AAZK or IMATA you will be charged the non-member rate.

Pre Conference Workshop- Sunday, 29 March 8:30am-4pm. Lunch on your own for 90 minutes. The Fine Art of Training Animals and Producing Inspirational Public Programs by Steve Martin, Natural Encounters, Inc. Cost- $100. Available for purchase until 29 March.
Pre Conference Trip- Sunday, 29 March 8am-5pm. Visit the Louisville Zoo! Cost- $55 (max 56 people). Available for purchase until 29 March.
Icebreaker- Sunday, 29 March 6-10pm at the Newport Aquarium with hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar. Cost- $65. Available for purchase until 29 March.
Silent Auction- Tuesday, 31 March 6-9pm with hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar. Cost- $65. Available for purchase until 29 March.
Workshops- Wednesday, 1 April. Two identical, concurrent sessions are available- AM at the zoo; PM at the hotel. You can register for up to two (2) workshops. Cost- $35/workshop. Available for purchase until 22 March. The proceeds from these workshops benefit IAATE's Walt Crawford Memorial Scholarship.
-Flying Free Workshop (max 30 people)- This 2-hour workshop is facilitated by Arianna Bailey, Natural Encounters, Inc.
-Cooperative Care Workshop (max 30 people)- This 2-hour workshop will be facilitated by Nicky Plaskitt, Shaping Behaviour.
-Spread Wing Specimens Workshop (max 20 people)- This 2-hour workshop will be facilitated by Kit Ellsworth, University of Washington: Museology Masters Program, and Helena Echenique, Oakland Zoo.
Banquet- Thursday, 2 April 6:30-10pm. Dinner will be a buffet and a cash bar. Cost- $100. Available for purchase until 2 April. unbelievable
Post Conference Trip- Friday, 3 April 8am-8pm. Visit The Wilds! Lunch will be provided. Cost- $120 (max 56 people). Available for purchase until 29 March.

REFUND POLICY:
100% until 22 March- a $25 fee will be applied
No refunds starting the week before the conference
CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS:
Your credit card transaction will appear on your credit card statement from PayPal as either THEABMA or THEANIMALBEHAVIOR. If you file a dispute over an ABMA transaction, either with your credit card company or PayPal, which turns out to be an approved ABMA transaction, you will incur any PayPal fees (~$20) associated with resolving this error for which the ABMA was charged.
